To protect your personal data this new regulation requires that we seek your consent to use your personal data in the context of the provision of services and information between US (the Property Manager) and YOU the Data Subject (tick box); this is part of the Occupant Portal registration process. By giving consent to use your personal data you agree to receive written and/or verbal communication from the Property Manager during the Builder’s rectification period i.e. 12 or 24 months following the date of legal completion or property occupation. Such communications may be shared with your developer and those contractors who are engaged by either the Property Manager or your developer to carry out works necessary in the rectification of defects reported by you. The Property Manager may notify you of services from time to time which may be of relevance to you. At no time shall your personal data be shared with any other third party other than those referred to above and shall be securely archived at the end of the service period.
